When God showed me who I was in Him in 2018, the beginning of my career as an artist…there was this excitement, this fire and energy in me that wanted to roam the streets of my city. Relentlessly. I wanted to walk alley ways and peer around corners in the areas that are forgotten. I wanted everyone I came in contact with to know what the light I had found looked like and felt like. I wanted to relentlessly pursue hose who were caught in the shadows. I feel so fortunate to have held onto that feeling, that desire even three years later. The fire is still in me and I know whose I am without a shadow of a doubt. I crave to carry light into my city’s streets. I pray this piece ignites a desire in you to relentlessly pursue those around you and most importantly, Jesus.
