rest is necessary. Sometimes it looks like a season or rest or sometimes it’s incorporating intentional time into your day to day to be still and mindful. I’ve been working on that, especially when my day gets rocky and I start to get frantic…I’ve become more aware that that’s when I usually need to sit down and commune with God. He has ridges of rest in the mountain range of our week. Indulge in those!! He loves to comfort you and renew your heart.
