here lately my son will be in my bed before the sun comes up and we tend to chat about some things. One of my favorite things is him paying attention to the birds and asking “iss daytime yet?” and then I say, “not yet…but do you hear the birds waking up the sun?”

Sometimes its moments like that where maybe the light hasn’t come up just yet but there’s a truth and a subtle reassurance in the night and early morning. Hold tight to it, the sun will risde again.
